This exciting tournament spanned over three opening flights held on April 25-27, where players battled it out to accumulate chips for a shot at victory. 

The action culminated in one final day of intense competition on April 28, where the remaining players vied for the coveted title. For those looking to secure their spot in the tournament without breaking the bank, a Super Satellite event on April 25 offered a cost-effective opportunity. 

Priced at just $120, participants had the chance to earn their entry into the main event while competing for one of at least five available seats. It was a golden opportunity for players to turn a small investment into a shot at a significant payout in the $600 No Limit Hold’em event.

During its last occurrence in January, this event drew in 650 participants, resulting in an impressive prize pool of $340,080. Joseph Arredondo and Nicholas Blumenthal, both from the United States, emerged as top winners, each securing substantial payouts of $45,822 and $45,688, respectively. A four-way deal at the final table facilitated these significant wins.

Among the other notable events during the Wynn Signature Series this April were the one-day $1,100 No Limit Hold’em tournament on April 28, featuring a hefty $100,000 guarantee, and the $400 No Limit Hold’em event held from April 30 to May 3. 

Additionally, attendees had the opportunity to participate in various side events with buy-ins ranging from $300 to $550. These side events boasted impressive guarantees of up to $50,000, including a $300 buy-in Short Deck NLH tournament on May 2.

Another highlight was the $500,000 guaranteed $600 buy-in no-limit hold’em mystery bounty event, scheduled to run from April 10th to 14th. The tournament comprised four starting flights, each commencing at noon from April 10th to 13th, followed by a final playdown day starting at the same time on the 14th.

Following the $500,000 guaranteed event, the next-largest guaranteed tournament was the $150,000 $600 buy-in no-limit hold’em tournament scheduled to take place from April 15th to 17th. Additionally, there were two $100,000 guaranteed tournaments with a $400 buy-in, the first occurring from April 8th to 10th and the second from April 22nd to 24th.

Adding to the excitement, this year’s schedule includes the WPT Alpha8 Trifecta, featuring three high-stakes events with a $25,000 buy-in each. These two-day tournaments will commence on June 25th, July 3rd, and July 10th. 

In 2023, these prestigious events witnessed jaw-dropping seven-figure payouts awarded to renowned players such as Jonathan Jaffe ($1,537,600), Ren Lin ($1,045,781), and Steve O’Dwyer ($1,009,520).
